Theo

Theo started Tchards Media by taking on photography projects here and there, building on a lifelong interest in creative and technical work. Alongside media production, his background as a theatre lighting technician shaped his eye for light and detail. Raised around his father’s scaffolding business, Theo developed a strong work ethic and a natural connection to industrial environments—bringing both sides of his experience together through Tchards Media.

Sam

Sam manages the day-to-day operations that keep each project organised, compliant and ready to deploy. With a theatre technical background specialising in lighting and a genuine passion for health and safety, he helps ensure our teams can work safely across active sites. He also oversees contracts and the essential administration behind every job.

Luca

Luca manages sales, sales-related contracts and ongoing client communication. He supports the wider administration of the business, keeps enquiries moving and makes sure every client feels informed, supported and looked after from the first conversation onwards.
